How we started

We began in 2014 with one van, two cleaners, and eleven homes in Los Serranos. The pitch was simple and it has not changed: send the same trained people to the same houses, pay them well enough that they stay, and write down exactly what gets cleaned so nobody has to guess. Today we run recurring residential routes across Chino Hills, Chino, Diamond Bar, and Yorba Linda, plus nightly janitorial contracts along the Chino Hills Parkway and Ontario commercial corridors.

How we hire

Every cleaner is a W-2 employee — never a subcontractor — which means workers' compensation, payroll taxes, and liability coverage are ours, not yours. Candidates pass a national criminal background check at hire and again each year, complete two weeks of paid shadow training with a crew lead, and carry a photo ID badge on every visit. Our average crew tenure is just over four years, which is why your cleaners remember that the guest bath gets the fragrance-free product.

How we clean

Color-coded microfiber keeps bathroom cloths out of the kitchen. HEPA filtration vacuums keep dust in the machine rather than back in the air. Fresh mop pads per home, low-VOC and fragrance-light products by default, and an acid-safe descaler on every Chino Hills route because the water here is genuinely hard. We finish with a walkthrough, and if we missed something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
