We have chosen to specialize in estate homes of 3,000 square feet and larger, short-term rental properties, and commercial spaces — our crews, equipment, and checklists are all built for that scale. If your home is smaller, we honestly are not the right fit, but call us anyway: we keep a short list of excellent local cleaners we trust and are happy to point you to them.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, everything. HEPA-filter vacuums, color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination between bathrooms and kitchens, flat mops with fresh pads per home, and low-VOC products. If you prefer we use your products for a specific surface, just leave them out with a note.

We carry $2 million in general liability coverage, a California surety bond, and workers' compensation for every employee. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance before your first visit, and for commercial accounts we name your property manager as additional insured.

Who will be in my home?

The same two-person crew each visit, assigned to your route. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee, not a contractor, passes a national criminal background check at hire and again annually, and carries a photo ID badge.

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean that area at no charge. No arguments, no invoice. We have honored it every time it has been asked for since 2014.

How do you handle hard water stains in Chino Hills?

The 91709 water supply is genuinely hard, so shower glass, chrome, and faucets scale quickly. Standard visits include an acid-safe descaler pass on fixtures and glass. Heavy long-term buildup is treated during a deep clean with a longer dwell time and a polishing step.
